Grain-Free Hot Breakfast Cereal
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup fresh-ground flaxseed
1/4 cup hemp hearts
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
Pinch salt
1-2 Tbsp butter (can sub with vegan butter or olive oil)
Fruit for topping (berries, bananas, etc.)
Mix all ingredients (except for butter) together in a bowl. Set a pan on the stove to medium-low heat and melt the butter. Transfer mixture to pan and cook until heated through. Top with fruit. Delicious!
