I know I'm not the only one who has been meaning to add meditation into my lifestyle for, well... years!
Whenever I do meditate, I find a renewed sense of self-awareness and peace. I swear by The Honest Guys, a YouTube page with guided meditation. The meditation lengths and types have a wide variety, ranging from 5-minute breathing exercises to 20-minute videos focusing on releasing anxiety. Friends of mine use the videos to guide them to sleep as well.
They also host longer videos with relaxing music that can be used for meditation or as white noise. Check them out!
