Nurses can work long, busy shifts - often over 12 hours. On day shift, we can serve our patients three meals while we barely sit down for one! Nurses have reached out to me and asked for ideas for quick, healthy snacks ideas. Most of the snacks below are high in fiber and protein (keeping you full longer), as well as vitamins and nutrients. Please make sure you stay hydrated during your shift as well!
